Sanaa Peer, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant. She was raised in Houston, Spring-Klein area, and graduated from Klein High School. She attended the University of Houston and graduated with summa cum laude honors earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with a minor in Biology in 2007. After graduating, she went on to earn her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston in 2012. While there, she was nominated by faculty to the UTMB Chapter of Alpha Eta, the national honor society for allied health professionals.

PA Peer is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and is a fellow member in the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA) and Texas Academy of Physician Assistants (TAPA). She maintains her certifications by the American Heart Association in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS). She is also a BioTE Medical certified practitioner.

PA Peer works under the supervision of Dr. Franklin Douglis, from whom she has received training in all aspects of general otolaryngology and sleep. She is happily married with two children. When she is not working, she and her husband, who is also a physician, enjoy traveling and are big Disney enthusiasts.
